During this podcast episode, we speak to Vanessa Smith, founder of the New Earth Collab: a supportive hub for transformational businesses who want to step out of lone wolf mode and build their businesses in community. She has also created the Energy Guide Program, to help you fully understand your energy sensitivity, the collective energetics at play and how to use your energy sensitivity for service. Vanessa shares how the vision for the New Earth Collab was birthed from intuition – like a holy download, which she believes more and more of us are getting so that we are able to form the new systems and structures we need for the New Earth. She also drew on both her own experience in business and that of her clients, who were looking for support and longing for connection with a like-minded community. Vanessa believes that rather than paying lots of money for someone else’s methodology for our business, as we may have done in the past, these days there is a new kind of self-sovereignty where we can steer our business in a way that is unique to us.
We discuss how important it is to be authentic in what you’re doing, because as Vanessa says, that’s how we really get to know each other. She highlights the deep alchemy that can take place when we are just being ourselves with each other. As we become clearer about the truth of who we are and committed to expressing that in the world, that’s when we actually birth the collective experience that we want to have in order to be happy. New Earth Collab is about growing together and growing because of each other. The authenticity within it brings joy to the community, with resonance and relationship being the top priority.
Vanessa believes that it is equally as important for the healthy masculine to rise as well alongside the healthy feminine, because we need both. We discuss the anger we may have felt about the patriarchy in the past, or about the lack of gender equality, but recognise that the future is about understanding that both energies work together beautifully when they are integrated, forming a wonderful foundation for the New Earth paradigm.
Vanessa shares how energy is more real than physicality for her, because there isn’t the same limitation. She believes that the empath is the next evolution of humanity, and that our collective energetic structures are changing and shifting. Vanessa can see a new chakra system emerging, which she calls the High Heart Recalibration. We all talk about how our journeys to this point have been at times a struggle but because we have had to do our own work, we can now act as guides for people who are starting to experience new sensitivities or heightened intuition. Many non-empathic people are now questioning all the systems and structures in society and looking for answers, thereby developing their intuition for what is right and true. Empaths can now act as way-showers to people who are awakening. We talk about the spiritual journey and how that can start in struggle, but that we are thankful for the wisdom we have gained from it, and we can see things changing. Sally talks about coming back to our internal compass can play an important role in this paradigm shift towards the New Earth.
Vanessa explains how you can get involved with the New Earth Collab, which contains 20 unique online spaces depending on the area you wish to focus on as a business. Here you can get involved in the larger vision of where we are headed as a collective and be part of an engaged conversation about growing your business. Vanessa says that, through the New Earth Collab, she is looking to activate transformation on a mass level, authentically engaging with our awakening process as a collective. She talks of ways in which we can do this through creative projects in our communities, thereby activating transformation in our local area. She believes in embracing the practical as well as the spiritual in this paradigm shift. Vanessa says that we all need to step into leadership through leading our lives as creators rather than being victims of our circumstances. She stresses the importance of building a New Earth economy, where wealth is shared, and the need to develop ways of taking the resources that exist and redistributing them fairly. She believes we are being called upon to be innovative and expansive and to be inclusive economically, spiritually, and in our vitality.
We discuss the importance of following inspirations to create. Vanessa reminds us that if you have a vision that is coming to you, it is meant to come through you, and even if you don’t bring it to life in full, you need to express it in some way, shape or form. We have a sacred responsibility to honour the visions that are coming through to us, because they are the energetic architecture of the new paradigm - and by not creating them, we are literally UNcreating them! You must trust the time, trust the vision and connect with others to help you bring it to life.
